We are looking for an energetic, and detailed oriented finance professional to join our FP&A team.  Working closely with the Finance Manager, the ideal candidate will have, data analysis experience and excellent business partnering skills. 

• Financial Planning – Lead the Business Unit’s annual budget and quarterly forecast processes.  Ensure alignment across multiple functions.
• Financial Reporting and Analysis - Provide in-depth variance analysis of financial reports at period and quarter end. Identify, communicate, and present key drivers to Senior management.
• Deal Pricing –  Develop and influence the structure of deal proposals and ensure alignment on key financial model inputs across internal stakeholders.
• Business Partnering - Provide decision-making support to key business stakeholders on various aspects of the business to ensure financial objectives are met
• Corporate Reporting -Provide timely and accurate corporate reporting on weekly/ monthly basis.

• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in Finance within a corporate and/or commercial environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation, and informal communication skills to all levels of staff and management.
• Advanced in MS Excel (pivot-tables, v-look ups, Sumifs)
• Power Bl and MS Dynamics 365 experience desirable.
• Financial planning system experience, Host Analytics or Essbase experience is a plus.
• Flexible and adaptable approach to meet changing business demands.
