Staff Enterprise Application Engineer performs a critical role in defining and implementing the end user delivery strategy. This role offers the opportunity to influence and deliver the evolution of end user computing technology across the enterprise.

Reporting to the Manger of Enterprise Systems, this role will build partnerships with the enterprise IT and architecture and service delivery teams, business-line application teams. This role will create, execute, and streamline standards, tools, and processes in order to deliver effective and efficient application management services for all endpoint platforms.

1. Oversee full life cycles of the dynamics ERP 365 system by working closely with a global Offshore implementation partner
2. Deliver high quality code and manage development and QA team - lead Technical design / Architecture/development/testing/support in Dynamics 365
3. Key enabler for working with internal & external Blackhawk systems, 3PLS, and vendors and oversee delivery of some the largest, most complex integrations on EDI, Azure & SSIS.
4. Proven record of delivering business value by leveraging technology and an ability to communicate strategic technical concepts at an executive level and be a trusted voice at the decision-making table.
5. Be able to effectively communicate with key stakeholders and higher ups and build networks across Internal IT, User’s and Partners
6. Architect solutions by mapping user needs to reusable D365 end-to-end business application solutions.
7. Engage in senior level business decision discussions related to agility, business value, and business processes.
8. Deliver and articulate effective strategic presentations to audiences of all sizes.
9. Manage projects through the entire project lifecycle, this includes managing multi-phase/multi-dimensional/multi-resource projects to conclusion while maintaining high user satisfaction.
10. Shape the technical solution scope and provide demonstrations of the D365FO technical platform
11. Evaluate design choices and recommend optimal design considering system limitations, project strategy, enterprise architecture constraints, performance, and scalability.
12. Design extensions for security model, data model, business logic, and integrations using Dynamics D365FO application platform and rapid application development techniques.
13. Validates integration processes to ensure alignment of data models of source and target systems.
14. Participate in code reviews and share feedback and seek opportunities to improve quality.
15. Estimate development efforts for feature delivery at both the high-level & detailed level.
16. Troubleshoot production issues quickly as well as identify and address root causes, define the solution and work with operations teams to get the resolutions deployed to production by having expert, in depth knowledge of the entire platform and how each function is coded.
17. Understand business requirements and have excellent communication skills to be able to communicate technical solutions in business language.

1. Degree in Business/MIS/Engineering or equivalent work experience. Higher relevant education preferred.
2. Strong development and solution Architecture background for end to end dynamics D365FO implementation
3. Knowledge in Azure Infrastructure,Apps , SQL, VM ,LogicApps, Azure API
4. Knowledge in Azure DEVOPS,LCS , Code Merging , Branching etc.
5. Perform code and quality review’s and ensure adherence to best practices and full coverage
6. A Strong understanding of  IT environments and technology across industries is required
7. At least 8-10 years relevant working experience in AX2012/D365FO with at least two full lifecycle implementation of dynamics 365 finance and operations
8. Hands-on experience in several of the following: Dynamics Financial, Supply Chain, Enterprise Application Integration, Enterprise Application Architecture
9. Strong background and proven experience in Azure API services, Azure Storage services , Common Data Service and other Azure Services
10. Strong Knowledge of SSIS , SSRS and other reporting tools such as Power BI
11. Strong understanding of functional capabilities of D365FO
