Overview:

As a Staff Technical Program Manager (TPM), you will lead complex strategic/technical programs for our APAC Regions (Japan, Singapore, Australia, South Korea).  You will partner with Product, Engineering, and UX teams to strategize, prioritize objectives, and lead product discovery and solution implementation.  You excel in managing dependencies, collaborating across the organization, and ensuring seamless operations.  You possess strong relationship-building skills, fostering positive connections.  We are looking for a highly motivated and driven individual with exceptional strategic and technical program management skills. The ideal candidate will have the ability to lead teams and work collaboratively within a global, matrixed, and fast-paced environment to achieve successful outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end planning and delivery of large-scale technical/strategic programs.
  • Partner with Engineering, Product, and UX teams to drive product discovery and solutioning.
  • Lead program governance, including risk management, cross-team dependencies, and resolution of issues.
  • Identify key stakeholders and ensure their inputs and requirements are captured and incorporated into the overall release plan. 
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment across the organization.
  • Use data and metrics to evaluate progress, inform decisions, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage stakeholder communications effectively at various levels.

  • Mentor junior TPMs and contribute to scaling program management best practices across the organization

Qualifications:

  • Product Delivery Impact: Leads the delivery of complex outcomes involving multiple product teams.
  • Operational Excellence: Identifies systemic inefficiencies within their area and leads resolution initiatives.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinates alignment and dependencies between multiple product areas. Ensures clear roles and responsibilities across product areas.
  • Communication: Creates effective artifacts and verbal communications and facilitates key forums for complex initiatives.
  • Technical Acumen and Domain Expertise: Leverages domain knowledge to align technical solutions with product outcomes. Guides roadmap discussions in the product area.
  • Decision Making: Frames decisions with trade-offs and constraints; ensures alignment. 
  • Leadership and Influence: Leads by example, influencing cross-team collaboration.
  • Strategic Thinking: Aligns work across teams with broader organizational goals.
  • Coaching and Mentorship: Mentors and develops peers with structured support
  • 8+ years of experience managing product & technology programs.
  • Proven track record leading large, cross-functional engineering / strategic programs with several stakeholders and cross xmultiple regions. 
  • Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and tooling (e.g., Jira, Rally).
  • Deep technical acumen and the ability to engage credibly with engineering teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Proficiency with program management tools and collaboration platforms (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Confluence, SharePoint).
