Sales department of Japan is entirely responsible for Blackhawk Network’s Commerce business, and this department is also proactively pursuing cross-selling opportunities of Incentives business in the region.
The Sr. Sales Engineer will work with local Sales Managers to optimize engagements between local customers and our global engineering and infrastructure organization, both preemptively to minimize failures and resolving unexpected events, meeting contractual SLAs. This role will support the local sales organization to win new content and distribution partners, providing technical insight into BHN’s solutions, answering technical and operational questions raised by prospective partners. The Sr. Sales Engineer will own and lead the delivery projects for Japan business as a local PM.
