Overview:

Support the growth and development of the business through managing the relationship, growth, and satisfaction of our key strategic clients and partnerships. 

Responsibilities:

  • Build and develop strategic relationships with existing accounts, which are corporate clients across sectors like banking, finance, insurance, and other large enterprises.
  • Manage and lead the day-to-day ongoing relationship with major accounts
  • Driving existing account growth opportunities through upsell to achieve growth targets
  • Owning the account management plan and CRM for our regions, drive revenue growth through marketing, promotion or engagement activities
  • Partner with sales team and work collaboratively to operationalize new and existing client programs and support and grow the business
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders for new partner onboarding throughout the client integration
  • Senior Stakeholder Management
  • Handle escalations and overseeing and helping with issue avoidance and resolution
  • Content Inventory management
  • Manage internal and external reporting requests

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must have account management experience of large financial Institutions and Enterprises in Singapore
  • Knowledge of loyalty, rewards, engagement industry will be prioritized
  • Proven track record of successfully influencing in a matrixed organization, engaging senior stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Ability to generate opportunities through successful relationship management of your client accounts.
  • Superior people skills, with the ability to manage internal and external parties of all levels including senior management representatives at customer organizations
  • Highly motivated with strong level of initiative, energy, and enthusiasm.
  • Accustomed to working in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment.
