We are seeking an experienced UX Content Strategist to join our Global Creative team. This role reports to the Global Creative Lead with a dotted line to Global Web Strategy. You will be responsible for concepting, wireframing, designing, and overseeing the execution of UX improvements across our corporate websites to increase the volume and quality of conversions.

Responsibilities:

Research & Strategy

  • Create user stories, personas, and storyboards
  • Determine information architecture and create sitemaps
  • Keep abreast of competitor solutions and industry and design trends

Design & Execution

  • Own end-to-end UX design for web initiatives–from wireframes and user flows through to dev-ready Figma specs
  • Design and implement new website features and functionality
  • Create prototypes and wireframes across desktop and responsive/mobile screens
  • Develop and maintain design systems, component libraries, and style guides
  • Create designs for A/B and multivariate (MVT) testing with a structured, data-driven approach

Collaboration & Communication

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with website strategists, product marketers, web developers, and stakeholders to align on design direction
  • Communicate design ideas and prototypes clearly to developers with clean, accurate Figma-to-CMS handoffs
  • Participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback to peers
  • Work with regional marketing teams to roll out changes globally
  • Collaborate with paid media managers and agencies to create and optimize landing page experiences

Optimization & Governance

  • Provide well-reasoned suggestions for improving conversions and site usability
  • Work with CRO specialists to monitor website performance and iterate toward KPIs
  • Collaborate with the SEO and analytics teams to ensure designs support organic performance, page speed, and conversion goals

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in UX/UI or website design
  • Strong understanding of UX design principles
  • Proficiency in Figma; experience with Photoshop, XD, Sketch, or Zeplin a plus
  • Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX process — not just visual design deliverables
  • Understanding of SEO, CRO, and personalization
  • Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1/ADA)
  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, or FullStory
  • Experience with design tokens and design system contribution
  • Familiarity with agile/scrum workflows and sprint-based delivery
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and implement changes
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and time-management skills
  • Critical thinker and problem solver with strong attention to detail
  • BS/BA degree required

Preferred / Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website administration
  • Hands on experience with Webflow or Drupal (designing within platform constraints, not just handoff)
  • Email and mobile experience
