We are looking for a Software Engineer II to join our Servicing Engineering team at BHN and help build modern, scalable experiences across our servicing platform.
This role is ideal for a full stack engineer with strong front-end depth, especially in React, and solid backend skills in Java and Spring Boot. You will work on user-facing workflows, integrations, and platform capabilities that improve servicing experiences for customers, partners, and internal users.
We are looking for an engineer who is comfortable working in an AI-augmented development environment and is proficient in using modern developer productivity tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, and similar AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate development, improve code quality, and prototype solutions effectively.

• 2–5 years of software engineering experience
• Strong experience in React and modern JavaScript / TypeScript development
• Good hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs
• Proficiency in effectively using AI-led developer productivity tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar coding assistants
• Good understanding of front-end architecture, component design, and state management
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
